It has a nice open and clean aesthetics and the staff was nice. Their pastries are awesome. I'm hoping to try their food options one day soon.

What a great bakery!! The entirety of their product is gluten-free. So nice for those who need, or prefer, to maintain that diet. And, everything looks amazing. There's a wonderful selection of baked goods, from cupcakes to small cakes, cookies, and many other delicious looking things. Located in a shopping complex near the Roseville Galleria it's convenient, with plenty if parking. We opted for some cupcakes to bring to friends, and a couple of small orange cardamon glazed cakes for breakfast. Everything was delicious, although I detected an emphasis of sugar in the frosting on the cupcakes... hey, you can't have good stuff without some of the bad too. Service was friendly and efficient. The place is super clean and plenty of seating for eating in too. Initially, I found the store layout a bit confusing, yet admittedly I should have paid better attention before bolting for the goodies in the counters. It is hard to scope out the available products if you merely get in line. Oh well. I encourage everyone to give this place a try It's admirable that they cater to a segment of the population on gluten-free diets that truly can appreciate it. We all can too.

One of the best gluten-free bakeries I have ever visited. The food is amazing and the service is just as good. I can't recommend it enough

OMG!!!! Do not pass go and STOP here! This place is amazing! We tried the herbed chicken sausage breakfast sando and it was off the charts. The simple addition of the maple syrup levels up this sandwich! Yummmmmm the pastries we tried were the cinnamon bun, the no names, the awesome, the oatmeal cookie moonpie, and chocolate decadence cupcake! I can't even express of delicious all of this is! I will be coming back! The customer service is spot on, fast and friendly. I love this new-to-me bakery. Great find!

Pushkins is such a treat every time I'm in the area! I don't know how they make so many gluten-free pastries and bread so amazing. I tried a sandwich for the first time after seeing the bread recommended in other yelp reviews. Wow!!! The bread roll with my salami sandwich was to die for! Springy but with a nice crust, didn't get gross or soggy after I left the second half sitting in the car for 40 mins before being able to finish eating it (and it had pesto on it!). I'm used to gluten free bread at delis falling apart immediately and getting soggy immediately. Their iced oat milk chai was of course delicious, and as always their pastries too! I got the berry cobbler this time which I've gotten in the past. Current fav. If you are gluten free, Pushkins is a must-stop.

4.5 stars rounded up! I've been gluten free for over 2 years, but I recently went dairy free as well, and that combo has made it difficult to find a lot of options that I can eat. I was so lucky to find pushkins while visiting area this weekend. Dietary restrictions are no issue at all at Pushkin's. ALL of their pastries in the dessert counter are BOTH GF & DF, with multiple vegan options as well. They also have several GF/ DF sandwich options. I love that the menu has allergens clearly marked, including ones that are almost never specified on other menus. Their gluten free sandwich rolls were excellent. My gluten eating partner even enjoyed his breakfast sandwich and said the bread was a 9/10 on the GF bread scale. I loved the ingredients on my sandwich too, my only complaint was that it was very messy and hard to eat. I would prefer if they smashed the avocado to prevent it from falling out every time you take a bite, and also just serve the sandwich normally, not like a wrap. I would absolutely get that sandwich again though! I got a chocolate chip cookie which was ok. It ranked in the middle of the different gf bakery cookies I've tried. I wouldn't get that again, especially since there are so many other things to try. My Valentine's cupcake was pretty good. I liked the texture of the cake, and they managed to get the frosting to taste and feel like buttercream without using dairy which was surprising. The prices were very reasonable to me, significantly lower than what I'm used to for specialty baked goods in the Bay Area. Overall this is an excellent bakery cafe where people with dietary restrictions can feel included and safe, and their loved ones who can eat anything will still be able to eat food that tastes good. A rare combo! I would love for pushkins to open a location in San Jose, there is a serious hole in the GF / DF bakery market here.

Some amazing history .. Olga Turner and her husband Danny first started selling gluten-free and vegan treats out of a 627-square-foot bakery at 1820 29th St. in February 2013. Derived from co-owner Danny Turner's allergies and sensitivities to wheat, gluten, and dairy, Pushkin's Bakery and its products are the result of co-owner Olga Turner's dedication to create wholesome and delicious all-natural baked goods all while excluding wheat, gluten, and dairy. What does a "dedicated bakery" mean? It means that Pushkin's customers are guaranteed that their baked goods, which are always wheat/gluten and dairy-free, will never come in contact with any of those ingredients their facility. *** I visited Pushkin's with a wonderful friend of mine. She has sensitivities to certain foods, and I had never been to Pushkin's Bakery. She described the desserts as beautiful and scrumptious! As I walked into a modern looking restaurant, I was wowed by the display I walked up to. However, they aren't just a little bakery... they are also the perfect spot to dine in! They have a huge menu with meat options as well as vegan options available! Sandwiches, salads, and quiches! Coffee, tea, expresso, Italian sodas, milk options... everything at Pushkin's is gluten-free! My friend and I decided to go with something simple - we each ordered the #1, which is a breakfast "sando" bacon, egg, avocado, spinach, tomato, mayo and pesto on their fresh baked bread! It took between 5-10 minutes and was delivered to our table. The sandwich came out steaming and looked vibrant. It was delicious on the eyes... It was piping hot and so tasty! I loved the touch of pesto on it! It really made that sandwich pop. It made me crave another bite! Then another! I think the only critique I have is that with so much spinach in this sandwich, when I would pull the paper back to take a bite, the sandwich wanted to burst apart. I had to fight with my sandwich to keep it together... I think next time, I may request heald the amount of spinach... This was the only reason I took a star away. We didn't get a bakery dessert this time. They were so absolutely stunning. Next time, I would love to treat my friend who brought me to such a delicious place that was so good to my tummy.

I LOVE PUSHKINS! Can that be the whole review? We have come here so often, and the wait is generally long, but what else do you expect when coming to the only Pushkins in Roseville?? The other closest one is in Sacramento, and it is worth the drive, but not if you don't have to. When we get a chance to go, we make an event of it--sitting down, getting a nice drink, and spending some time in this adorable corner location. They have clean spaces, friendly staff, and some of the most delicious treats you will find in the Roseville area, both sweet and savory. I cannot recommend Pushkins enough for fluent whodairygluten-freee, ordairy-freele. What may they look like? These foods often get a bad wrap for being awful, and Pushkins shows that is just not the case. If you are there in the morning, I highly recommend stopping by and grabbing one of their delicious breakfast sandwiches; you will not regret it!
